Our camp is part of the largest and fastest growing network of Jewish Day camps in the world. This year with our new staff and our innovative programming, we are planning new creative projects and exciting activities. From our preschool division to our senior girls group, campers enjoy a wide range of interesting projects, opportunities to build their skills in a great variety of activities and chaperoned field trips all in a warm and lively atmosphere. Our campers are imbued with a deep sense of pride in their religious heritage and a love for the land of Israel. Exciting activities, stories, games, contests and Friday Shabbat parties are all part of the unique Camp Gan Israel experience.

Staff:
One of the secrets of our success is our staff. Our counselors are known for their personal warmth and ability to care for each child as an individual. Their love for the children is surpassed only by the children's love for them. Each counselor is a role model, developing relationships and promising friendships that will last forever!

Sports:
Our sports program features sports such as swimming, basketball, creative movement, soccer, kickball, street hockey and aerobics in a non-competitive caring atmosphere.

The Preschool Division:
This section of our camp is designed to give your preschooler the best possible camp program. Our flexible scheduling permits you to select the program that fits your child. Full day or half day and whole week or partial week options are available. This special kid-oriented program includes Judaica, arts and crafts, swimming, music and, of course, nap time. The staff of the preschool division is hand picked for its expertise with younger children and will insure the highest quality care for your child.

The Boys Division
Our boys division for boys ages 6-8 provides an active program featuring sports, craft, swimming, music, trips and activities focused on a different Judaic theme each week.

"Freedom of Choice"
Summer electives include:
Israeli Dancing! Scrapbooking! Wood working! Computers! Pottery! Arts and Crafts! Drama! Music! and much, much, more! There's never a dull moment at C.G.I. Each new week focuses on a different Judaic theme that is brought to life by art projects, dress-up days and skits. Campers learn to prepare challah in honor of Shabbat. Our ever popular late-nights and overnights add to the fun!

Rates:
$160 per weekly session
$600 for all sessions
5% discount for payment in full by March 31, 2008 on weekly or all sessions
Preschool only: part-week and part-day $35/day ; $20/half day
